As a Director of Right Hand 24x7, Mr. Amin leads the overall strategic initiatives for the company. Amin is leading the process for integrated strategic growth, operational excellence and overall implementation strategy for the company. After growing up in Houston, Faisal has been involved in several successful business start-ups as well a career in business and public affairs.
Amin has over 15 years experience in the areas of international trade facilitation and negotiations, human capital, knowledge management, organizational design, sales, marketing and strategic planning. An accomplished strategist and marketer, his vision and expertise in business performance have driven notable enterprise growth by building global brands and guiding top-tier companies.
Amin has been awarded Congressional Recognition Award by the United States House of Representatives for his "Dedicated Public Service and efforts to Promote International Trade Policy and Business Advocacy". As a thought leader in the International business field, he's been interviewed and quoted in a number of international business and trade publications.
Equally involved in both civic and professional organizations, he has served on the advisory boards of a number of groups, including the Texas Workforce Development Board, Houston West Chamber of Commerce, Asian Chamber of Commerce, South Asian Chamber of Commerce, OCA Greater Houston and The Asian American Studies Center at University of Houston.
Amin and his family live in Houston, Texas. He speaks Urdu, of his native country Pakistan, Spanish and of course Texan!

As the Director of Business Development for Right Hand 24x7, Julie leads the new business acquisition activities for the company. She has extensive experience in general management, sales and marketing experience in technology products and services. Julie has also provided Geo-technical and IT resourcing services in the Oil and Gas Sector, and excelled in business development within the IT recruiting sector.
What Julie loves most about her work is the opportunity to make meaningful connections with people. Her expertise is also in the area of helping to increase company value within small to medium size companies. With a dedication to exceptional customer service and a creative spirit, Julie brings an exciting vision to our team.
Seitz resides in Houston, TX with her two children: A Junior in High School and a Fightin' Texas Aggie.

As the Director of Client Services for Right Hand 24x7, Louis Mercado ensures that the company's unique portfolio and services are effectively utilized for our clients. In this role, Mercado is responsible for developing new relationships and ensuring the satisfaction of existing clients. In-house, he helps develop and conduct on-going client satisfaction training for the RH247 staff.
Having worked in the technology based service sector for over ten years, Mercado joined Right Hand 24x7 to build a unique customer centric interactive solution for our client partners. Mercado's attention to detail and fun-loving personality brings people together.
